IP4OS will develop a best practice manual called the Synergy Framework, highlighting the beneficial synergies of Intellectual Property Rights and Open Science. It will provide experiences and strategic recommendations for research practices that apply adequate Intellectual Property Rights to boost Open Science and thus support researchers in identifying the best-fitting valorisation and dissemination strategies for their work.
